ADRS renders insurance investigation services through its network of field agents, in particular investigation services where claims are made in terms of short-term insurance policies for damage to goods as a result of theft, burglary, or physical damage to the goods (such as due to fire damage).
We have created the ADRS Insurance Investigation System, which assists with the management of the entire process.
From the time the client makes a service request, the allocation to a service provider, the progress on the instruction, up to the stage when an investigation report is uploaded onto the system.
A quality control process is applied before a report is provided to a client. The process is managed by the ADRS chief of operations, the operations executive, the regional general managers and their staff.
